Users must create an account to access certain features of the app.
You agree to provide your information when creating your account and to update such information as you deem relevant.

Parents can set tasks for their children and reward them with Stars upon completion.
The number of Stars awarded for each task and the Stars required for purchasing Wish Items are customizable by the parent. The parent is responsible for providing any rewards identified within the wishlist. Little Achievers will not provide and rewards or wish items.

Children can create a Wishlist of items they desire.
Parents have the authority to approve or reject items added to the Wishlist by their children.

In-app purchases of "Plans & Pricing" are processed through Apple’s secure payment gateway.
We do not store payment information. All payment processing is handled securely solely through Apple.

Android Users have their own secured payment gateway apart from Apple.

We take measures to protect your personal data; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
By using the App, you acknowledge that the transmission of data over the Internet is not completely secure.

The App does not retain or access location or GPS data of its users. Location information regarding children is solely accessible to parents. Little Achievers categorically prohibits the access or sale of any user location data.

The App may contain ads to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party websites. Users are advised to read their privacy policies before interacting with them. Furthermore, we only show ads on the parent accounts. No ads are shown on child accounts. The App does not collect personally identifiable information or device information for the purpose of sharing with third parties.

There are two paid options and one free option. For all options, you are required to have credits to functionally use the app. Each credit is good for a term of 30 days or 1 month. You are required to have 1 credit per family member each month. The App will automatically calculate your total family members using the number of users within your "Manage Users" page within the app. The App multiplies this number against the credit cost, according to the payment plan which you have selected. This would be your final monthly cost, unless you decide to add or subtract users from your account. Free users can use the app 100% Free but are still required to earn credits for use. Free users earn credits through sharing the app with others. No purchase is necessary from others in order for Free users to obtain credits. Please review our "Privacy Policy" for more information.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
